RETURN & EXCHANGE
Processing times :
We do our best to send you your order as soon as possible. Products in stock are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours.
For tailor-made products, we indicate the deadline when taking an order according to the current schedule.
All orders are sent by Tracked Letter or Colissimo with tracking number. The delivery times given as an indication are from 2 to 5 working days for metropolitan France - From 5 to 15 working days for Europe and the rest of the world.

Return and exchange procedure :
You have a period of 14 days from the day of delivery to your home to return or exchange an item. Exception made for personalized and / or made-to-order products for which the right of withdrawal is excluded. These cannot be returned.
Procedure for returning or exchanging an item:
1- Send us an email to al@mysilkin.com beforehand to let us know that you wish to return or exchange an item, indicating your name and order number. We will give you the return address.
2- The article must be returned as is and in its original packaging, new, unused and unwashed.
4- The refund will take effect after receipt of the item, by bank transfer or by check sent to the billing address within 15 working days. We will reimburse you the amount of the order which includes the price of the article and the delivery costs. Please note that return costs are your sole responsibility.
